Decisive, self-motivated, and diligent, Cameron works for the enjoyment of helping clients solve difficult business issues they were facing and making a positive difference for them. He has always loved numbers and maths, which led him to tackle more interesting consulting challenges and problem-solving for clients.

Adam Flint is a senior accountant at Mainstay. A driven, cheerful, and passionate person, Adam enjoys knowing he has made a positive impact for our clients.

When he’s not solving problems for our clients, Adam can be found playing squash, tennis and golf fairly regularly and cycling in the summer. Jackson O’Malley
Senior Accountant
Jackson studied Accounting and Finance, as the combination of both methodologies led him down the path of tax, which is encompassing of both fields. He furthered his study with a Property Law Unit at the Tax Institute and then a Chartered Accountants Qualification in order to enhance his breadth of knowledge and ability to help clients in the ever changing world of tax and business advice.

Nancy Santoso is an accountant assistant at Mainstay. The reliable admin wizard and anchor of the team, Nancy has been with us serving our clients for the past 11 years. Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting), and what keeps her motivated at work is helping Mainstay customers solve their problems.
